Perhaps determine which frats are doing this & take the collected trash the next day & deposit proportionatly in front of each frat house.

They did talk with the frats years ago but no reminders since then. If may be time for a wake up call.

LSU facility services has thousands of trash cans. Not sure why they limit the can distribution now.
