No it's not, Mikel. That's a convenience store that sells Chevron gas. Hence, my valid Coke example. It's no difference. Chevron is one of many energy companies. They aren't in the convenience store biz ..

You're wrong. They can't just start selling ExxonMobil gas next week the way could simply change to only Pepsi products in their store. Just like Pinnacle / L'auberge. You're wrong.
