Work double teams on the tackles if its a 4 man front.. Kids that age struggle with getting to a linbacker so you'd rather them clear out one guy and have a lead blocker for the linbacker.. Usually at that age, teams will put their better players at defensive tackle so we'd essentially triple team the tackle on the playside with the center. The reason being is we'd teach the tackle to step towards the tackle in case the dt is going to the B gap.. If he wasn't there then he would move onto to a linebacker.. I usually put the better kids regardless of size at tackle, even rotating some at running back
