Hmm. This is a tough call. I want a no nonsense task master that will hold the lower coaches responsible and whip the players into shape. And I'd really like to shift to a defensive minded guy. I also want a dedicated offensive and defensive coordinator and the head coach not calling plays on either side of the field.

Dom Capers. Has been the only consistent defensive coordinator over the last 5-6 years for Green Bay and can develop our young defense.
