we need a new kick returner

Been a lot of touchbacks...not really a lot to judge DJ on

Agreed Jackson isn't patient and lacks vision. He just runs right into piles and misses lanes. I'd imagine Guice would be a lot more productive

I liked a couple weeks ago when that dude started a thread on how White was the worst punt returner in years about an hour before he returned one for a TD.

I agree that I would like to see Guice get a shot at returning KO's and maybe punts too.

To be fair, Jackson hasn't had many opportunities to shine but being fast is not the same as being elusive. Jackson looks like he goes down too easily.

Guice is elusive and makes it seem like he is impossible to bring down with just one hit...some talent like this is what is needed in the return game.

Except for Domingue's kicking accuracy and the White TD our special teams play has not been very good.

I put that on Peveto - same as the lousy kickoff coverage and punting we have had.


And as far as Guice returning KO's his top end speed is not as good as others. Yesterday he got loose and got run down from behind... LF ran away from those same guys. After all, it would not be fair to Guice returning kicks - he will hurt someone!
