I'm not taking sides either way here. That being said, rape is an incredibly traumatic experience and I don't think the year is indicative one way or the other.

i'm sorry i'm quite biased on this issue i've dealt with something like this personally
there is literally no burden of proof for a woman who cries rape. just point and send him to jail
