I'll give you the hard worker bit, but not sure he's a smart worker, and I completely disagree on the dedication to improvement/winning. To borrow CLMs verbiage, I think he has a "want" to improve, but in my opinion not necessarily the will...

With 4 games under their belts against lesser opponents, with a top-notch O-line, multiple 5 star receivers and a 4 star QB and a an offensive genius in Cam, there should be some semblance of a passing game. But there has been zero visible improvement in the passing game. To his credit CLM has built this team to run which he would prefer to do 100% of the time he could get away with it, and LF almost gives him that opportunity. However, LF is so good that CLM can't force himself to let go of the reins on BH and let him toss the ball just to keep the defenses honest. This will be the Tigers downfall during the next stretch of games. If they had a D like they had in 2011 they might be able to get away with this kind of one-sided offensive approach, but 2015 D is a shadow of the 2011 defense and no passing game probably means lopsided losses at Bama and OleMiss, with nailbiters at home against Arkansas and Texas A&M.
