10 team league (.25PPR) and only 4 roster spots for WRs, old school bench (4 RBs & WRS, 2 everyone else). Is it time to bail?

He's just taking up my 4th spot and could affect lineups during bye weeks. We can start 2 WRs & 1 flex WR/RB/TE

My current WRs are: ODB, Hopkins, Cooper & Cooks

I would hold on to him.

You're stuck with him. You have really good wr's in front of him, and he still probably has more potential than anyone you are likely to find in free agency.

You won't be able to trade him.

I think he will be a good flex option the 2nd half of this year. Once Bree's gets the screen game with CJ Spiller going and Snead starts doing better, Cooks won't get as much attention from the defense as he does now.
