I never watched the show, but I have seen the end of the finale, and read that super long "Tony died" blog (posted above). All I'll say is that based on that dude's logic, I believe Tony got shot. And on top of that, Chase can say whatever he wants, but if Tony isn't dead/shot at the end of the finale, then it was a simply awful way to end it and people SHOULD be pissed.

I do think it was a copout ending. I know it makes some people feel more intelligent to rave about how brilliant the ending was and how we shouldn't have everything force fed to us and be smart enough to interpret our ending. If that's the case, why not just show a pilot episode and let us create the whole series in our mind. It was lazy and my only complaint about what I consider the greatest show of all time.
