they are correct but I have fooled them and got with 15 feet many times. Had a pair of does that thought i was a buck once and turned their arse and tail up at me once. I am fanatical about these shite and take chloroform tablets, scent block, drag lines always, and use real pine tree oil, a lot and hunt the damn wind. This year trying out new ozone chargers.

Although the it covers human scent, it still puts a foreign odor in the air and deer are skittish. I know of several people that struggled to kill good bucks in their area until they got rid of the ozone.
