I wonder if the Saints (Payton) implicitly prefer numbnuts like Deke and Bobby who would never use their platform to question things in a thoughtful, harmful manner. Better to have a good ole baw like Deke talkin bout dumb things rather than to have a sabermetrics type like Barnwell break down second by second why Payton killed us by not taking his TO's properly in the Bucs game.

If you got an educated host he could eviscerate Payton's gamemanagement skills over the past couple of seasons. He gets pissed and dislikes journalists who poke too aggressively or work too much on scoops (Kenny Wilkerson, some of the TP guys, etc.)
