Common sense would usually say a woman with her 2 kids in the car isn't pulling a gun on the cop. Her kids were in the car crying for her the whole time this was going down.

Common sense would usually say a cop doesn't randomly pull said woman out of her car & beat her up because he's pissed that she failed to buckle up.
