McMillan wants to redshirt and that benefits us if Etling is ahead of him. I still believe he will be a solid qb for us if we need to call on him sooner than later. I don't think Jennings transfers unless he feels like he will lose out on the backup spot. I'm interested to see what Etling does to the qb depth chart. I wouldn't mind seeing him explode in the spring and really challenging the qbs that have already seen the field. It is still Harris' team and job, but it's not so secure that he can have dud performances in the SEC and keep it. I won't freak out until I see more of Harris against the SEC. As far as depth, it's the best depth we've had since J Russ and Flynn.

Agreed that depth is and apparently will continued to be a strength in the near future. If Franks could effectively challenge Harris and Etling for the starting position in his first year in the system then we certainly will have some superb depth.
