he'd get visited by a few friends and get convinced to square up what he f'd up

you need to talk FACE to FACE ....demand return on money.....make sure you are alone

you can't small claims him simply due to lack of evidence

do you do social media? you can turn up the heat on him there....don't over do it tho.
