I didn't say they should press charges, I said that that's the only way they would have any repercussions.

It amazes me how ready people are to allow the Government to write new laws to consistently take away our freedoms yet they don't understand that the repercussions of such laws could be far reaching and actually affect more innocent people than criminals.
The IRS taking money from innocent people to combat the war on drugs is a great example of this. How many drug dealers do you think keep their money in banks?
