Be an al-Abama fan.
Get a mullet wig, Bubba teeth, overalls, flip flops, a roll of toilet paper, and a box of Tide. Iron Bama logos onto the sleeves of a ratty old T-shirt.
You'll use the TP and the laundry detergent after Halloween so you can count that as free (ie stuff you're buying anyway). Most people have a pair of flip flops and if not you can get them for $1.
The overalls are cheap--you can get them at Walmart or even Goodwill. Only "cost" will be the mullet wig, Bubba teeth, and iron-on transfers (you buy a pack and use your printer to create the logos).
