Las Palmas easily lasted 10 years there. Not sure why they shut down.

Seems that way but it's not a destination area, if that makes any sense. There isn't much there like in Towne Center, even though it is relatively close. Unless you live right there, why drive there for some random average food?

The entrance on Jefferson is what I was talking about. Traffic backs up at the light during the lunch hour and in the evening making it impossible to make a left into the driveway or to get out of the driveway when you're leaving. A lot of potential customers don't know about the side entrance to the parking lot. Some signage to direct people there would be money well spent.
