I would've thought about Tampa getting points at home but they have one of the worst home field advantages in the league.
they didn't have even one home win last year and have only won 6 games there since the 2012 season.
Carolina hasn't faced a top notch QB yet this year and they get their first rookie to go after this week. At first I wanted to take the Bucs but I changed my mind.

Bears appear to be looking towards the 2016 NFL Draft, going to be tough to judge from here on out.
