I could be wrong, but they had some issues regarding charging the dominos thug and he is back on the street. If it wasn't him, it was somebody involved in one of those high profile kurders. I'll have to look for a link when not on my phone

The DA fricked up royally and he was going to be released but a federal magistrate found an excuse to keep him penned up like the feral animal he is, thankfully.
