It's a partial tear of the rotator cuff. Accept it and move on. It sucks, we are fricked. He will miss at least 4 games, and will try to play through it if it responds to rehab well.

Can you give a fricking link since you're telling us to accept it? I usually don't just take the word of some guy on a message board over what a doctor has said.
