This. My dog was really lethargic and had bloody diarrhea. We wound up having to use the emergency vet and his body temp was so low they didn't know if he would have otherwise made it through the night. Wound up spending several days on IV at the regular vet. I learned that HGE is survivable if they can make it through the first 48 hours. If there is any blood, lethargy or your dog isnt drinking anything take him in ASAP.
