I'm pretty sure most 410's are choked full. Probably tighter than .45 caliber.
There are YouTube videos of two guys that try to blow up a single shot 410 with 45 and even 444 loads. They don't succeed but I sure wouldn't try it. 45 colt would PROBABLY not damage anything but open up the choke, but I wouldn't risk it. 444 is playing with fire if you ask me.

So I've got some different responses. Don't know a lot about it but why would a full choke matter for rat shot?
