This point of view never makes any sense, as it shows a complete lack of understanding that LSU's current uniforms have been altered many many times over the years to the current state.

They've been KIND OF the same since the late 50's, but during that run the helmets have had many different looks, and the stripes have as well.

In short, our uniform has never been static. They've been tweaked over years, mostly improving upon what makes them so special.

Only the brain dead have ever advocated for a sea change in our unis...and yet we have guys that pretend that any change is blasphemous, without realizing they're defending not altering a uniform that has changed a bunch of times since the late 60's.
