When I bartended in Hell's Kitchen, there was a mean, old, blind, drunk with a service dog that was the sweetest yellow lab ever. Disabilities don't prevent people from being assholes.

FWIW if I were to ask someone not to pet my dog and they get pissy about it, I'd probably tell them to go frick themselves too.
