well, then you'd definitely like me.
I know, Nurse. I've never really had back trouble, but holy cow this is kicking my arse. I was in tears I was in so much pain over the weekend. Didn't come to work Monday and Tuesday. Dr. said it's just strained back muscles and nothing I can do now but treat the spasms and rest. Then I'll start with the back stretches every day. And back to yoga.
