New dual band wireless router suggestions

There seems to be a bunch of wireless interference at my office lately. ATT man said this, and I don't know if this means anything, but my wireless strength indicator bounces all over the place these days. I was told that a dual band wireless router may help (currently we have a dsl modem/wireless router in one unit). I've been looking at the Netgear n750 and n900. Should these do the trick? Any others that anyone would suggest in and around the $100 price range. TIA.

would you recommend that one over the ASUS RT-N66U?

i wouldn't. the ASUS is a beast and even better when you flash it with the RMERLIN firmware.
in fact i would stay with asus just because of that.
features are too long to mention but i've used about 95% of them so i can help you with questions.
ASUS is awesome.

Cool I might be looking at purchasing two of those ASUS routers. One for home and one for a business.
The old router at the business was a Cisco M10 Valet and it had fantastic range. Stupid questions but I assume the ASUS had good range also?

Think you might want to go with the RT-AC66U at this point. AC devices are pretty common, and that one is only around 30 bucks more than the N version.
I have the old RT-N56U and have been very pleased. Would like to upgrade to the AC version soon.

Don't waste your money. Get the Archer C7. Tested faster than the RT-AC68U, and it costs less than $100.
There is a reason Google chose TP Link to make their new router: There shite is badass and idiot proof. And if you want custom firmware, it is dd-wrt supported.

There really isn't any reason to get AC technology right now. Save your money and get the Asus N66 and it will do everything you need at a fraction of the price.

That's just not accurate in my opinion. Current iPhones and every higher end Android phone I can think of have ac wifi. As do the current generation MacBooks, Chromebooks, Surface tablets, new Apple TV, and probably the upcoming Chromecast.
It's particularly important if your devices are in relatively close proximity to the router (when you can utilize the 5 Ghz band). For 30% more, you're future proofing yourself.

""Across most of our tests, we found that the Archer C7 was the top-performing router, often by huge margins.""

That's your opinion and that's fine, but the devices you mentioned only make up a small fraction of all devices out there.
Additionally, AC routers essentially eliminate the need for the 5GHz band since you can get the speed of N@5GHz with AC@2.4GHz.
