Canadian citizen, Frank Bourassa prints $250M of counterfeit $20 bills. He managed to sell $50M of the fake bills before getting caught.

Once caught he:
Hands over the rest of the fake money
Turns in his printing press
Pays $1500 fine to Canadian authorities.
