I mix plain yogurt, bit of olive oil, little whole grain or Dijon mustard, balsamic, salt and pepper and a bit of honey from my wife's bees for a salad dressing. A little garlic and some fresh herbs can be added as well. Make it as thick or thin as you want.

Good stuff. And yes that is my industrial made balsamic tasting vinegar.

My $100 ten drop real bottle is hidden.
