Yes. In a city of 130,000 people, one of the Waco PD detectives that was in the middle of the whole investigation and interviewing of the bikers just "randomly" happens to be not only selected for the Grand Jury over the Waco biker cases, but to also serve as it's foreman. If you believe that detective heading that grand jury is really "random", I've got a bridge to sell you.

All I know is someone got the setup they wanted and the results they wanted and Waco PD fricked up and is trying to cover their asses. SYLB
