Took a questionnaire assessment for a job this week. Had several questions that basically asked "Do you make quick decisions?". Unsure of what context they were asking I answered "Agree". Can some of you HR folks maybe explain how I should have answered and possibly what they were asking? I can make quick decisions but at the same time I'm rational and think before making the decision. How the hell do you answer this type of stuff?

ETA: You could only answer strongly disagree, disagree, neutral, agree, strongly agree

You should have gone with the write in answer: "Let me check with the OT before deciding."

With those type of questions it is just a test to determine what type of personality (driver, expressive, analytic, amiable) you have, not a test to determine your level of morality or level of technical skill.
