The simple fix is to let traffic flow straight off the bridge.
So, just build an extension that goes straight and meets back up with I10 around acadian.
That eliminates the stupid 90 degree turn and merger with I110 and lets that process happen on a straightaway.
Problem solved. Maybe even add another lane width from acadian to I12/10 split.
