That link doesn't prove your point. Peterson took the handoff and ran right up the middle (which is what he was supposed to do). A RB can take a handoff and bounce it outside, but it is not designed that way like the toss dive is.

he think he meant around the other edge, thats just a cut back, and not an enormous one at that.
