Galatoires requires a coat at dinner,I believe. You could get away with jeans and a polo at Arnauds or Antoines. If you call ahead at Antoines, you might be able to get a private room. Anniversary dinner in the Tabasco room sounds good.

You can wear anything at Antoines these days, and I don't mean that in a good way. Also, it sucks.
You may be able to wear that at Arnauds, but you will look out of place, though not embarrassingly so
You will be forced to wear a coat at Galatoires. They have a collection there they will let you choose from if need be
