She said because I didn't try to get out of the way or beep my horn, Liberty Mutual is only responsible for 80% of the damages. Is this legit?
Any how, 80% of the 11.5K is around 9200. She said that they'll cut me a check for 6500 and I can salvage the truck for the remainder of the balance. Does this sound right?
