Do so if you must, but the gravy is water. I've tried it three times and meh. As shitty, dirty as R&O's is, as slovenly as their waitstaff is, it's a vastly superior roast beef poboy to Bear's. Sorry. I wanted to love it because it's so close but, it's forgettable.
