if you are being sincere. I honestly don't know.

to me it seems like if you have SEC Network, apart of that package is the SEC alternative channels and/or SECN+. I have had SEC Network with both ATT UVerse and now with Comcast/Sling. And I had SECN+ with both. So to me it seems like someone over at Cox doesn't know what they are talking about or is blocking it for some strange reason.

instead of your sling credentials have you tried logging in with your Cox credentials?

Will not allow me to access through Cox, as Internet Provider
It will continue to be a mystery, I guess.

I just finished talking to Cox Support.
They told me that I must have Cox Cable TV in order to access SECN+.
