Spaulding, with your love of Eddie aside.
Explain why a show about healthy bbq cooking would work and have longevity?
Steak is pretty much out with it's cholesterol content. Forget brisket or a pork shoulder. Which means you are stuck with white meat from chicken, or lean fish.
If this is what that show will be about, i can guarantee you it lasts maybe 2 seasons, tops, 1 season more likely.

You can eat bbq and be healthy you know. It's all about portions.
Instead of lemonade or mac n cheese, Eddie can show us how to have a healthy fruit drink and healthy sides
