I feel like this suit is less about the opportunity to go to Bisnano's in a wheelchair and more about an opportunity to make cash.

I kind of slightly know the guy, doesn't really seem the type to want to cash in.

He's been on the news before advocating for Lafayette to be more wheelchair friendly, as far as sidewalks go.

Is he suing them for damages, or to make them put the stuff in? I mean this is likely a lose, lose for him. If he isn't suing for damages, he won't get paid. If he wins his suit and the guy can't afford to move the bathroom, he closes, and the guy still can't go to Bisbano's.
