You ever been there? The only way to accommodate his bathroom needs is to put an elevator in the place. They could open up the back fence and put in a ramp, but he'd have to roll all the way out the door and around to the rear of the building, even if it's raining.

I've worked with the AAPD several times. Many are well-meaning. Many are whiny, terminology-fetishist bullies who expect the whole world to tap dance at their behest.

The place has been there since 1975, and this one guy is the first to file a suit. I think there's more to the picture than his sob story, and if the place closes, he's gonna be reeeeel popular around town.
