I am blown away to read that article. I have a friend who works with the dog owner and I have been following her battle with Animal Control. Her story was VASTLY different than what is in the article linked in the OP. Two sides to every story and all that but not sure how they are going to get past 19 prior incidents.

That being said, it is kind of screwy that they ruled the dog "dangerous" and the owners did all the required actions only to have Animal Control change their minds and come back to say they now want to kill the dog.

All the neighbors petitioned for it because they don't want the dog to attack them again.
