If you get them out, make sure to follow the surgeons advice very carefully on taking care of the wounds. You DO NOT want a dry socket.

Ain't that the truth. I had all of mine taken out at once and had dry socket on both sides. Never have been in that much pain in my life. Multiple Lortab 10's wouldn't even begin to help. Went back to the surgeon the next day and got them packed and it was all good.
