I wonder if I could substitute the burnt ends for pulled pork.

It's not on the menu, but that seems easy enough for them to make. Pulled pork fries are amazing.

Just hit up smoke. Would give it a 7/10. We ordered as much variety as we could to try everything.

Meats:
Brisket - Good flavor, but not much bark and a tad dry. Not a noticeable smoke ring.

Chicken - Some of the best smoked chicken I have ever had. Great rub and moist.

Ribs - Big but very salty.

Pulled Pork - Good flavor as well but a bit dry.

Sides:
Collared Greens - Good and a bit sweet.

Mac - Not baked but creamy.

Beans - Best side by far.

Potato Salad - Standard.

Cole Slaw - Sweet.

Fried Okra - Good light fry batter.

Would go back and try the sausage, wings and Smoke Fries since that seems to be the only way to get some of the best part of the brisket.
