I went a couple of weekends ago and it was packed.
The smoke fries were damn good. Imagine cheese fries with burnt ends.
The brisket was not good. It was wet as if it had been kept in some sort of liquid which meant no bark and no real flavor. Considering how smokey and perfect the burnt ends on the fries were, I was very surprised with that brisket.
A buddy who has been many times said he thinks the pork and ribs are good options over the brisket.
