Sell off city assets to pay for this. We have more than enough city owned real estate that should be put back into commerce that would fetch all of this money plus the City won't have to be responsible for the upkeep on those properties anymore.

I have no idea what the answer is, but it seems like new orleans is a clusterfrick as far as government
