This is one of the biggest issues. The whole point of the sex offender registry is supposed to be to protect people from predators, but if it's just filled with teens who sexted or high schoolers who had sex with people a few years younger than them then it loses it's importance.

There should be another category for this. Not sex offender who might want little Sally or little Timmy.
