well, she may have her convictions....
but these licenses are not her property, they're of the state, and she's just a clerk.
and still quite confused, cuz I'm quite sure the judge gave her an opportunity to do her job and she obviously refused.

Exactly. She's in jail like she should be and should be impeached. Nothing more. Nothing less.
