He had a pretty strong case before all this. That's why they dropped his suspension from 10 to 4
He would need an injuction in the next 7 days to be able to play
He should've done this forever ago, I'm not sure what he was afraid of. Worst case senerio is he just get the suspension reaffirmed

Was told to wait for the Brady decision. Lawyers aren't cheap, wait and see what happens with Brady.
