You guys keep referring to the "collective bargaining" argument, but Tom Brady also agreed to that agreement, in which Roger Goodell was granted power to levy punishment on players. This judge didnt agree with the process or the punishment, and thats what i find interesting.
1 was by the book, the other obviously was not.
