I just think the penalty is too much. You guys keep referring to the "collective bargaining" argument, but Tom Brady also agreed to that agreement, in which Roger Goodell was granted power to levy punishment on players. This judge didnt agree with the process or the punishment, and thats what i find interesting. I bet in the next bargaining agreement, the rule that Josh Gordon is being suspended for will be revised.

If you're on probation and you frick up do you feel the judge should let the violation slide or enforce the law as it relates to said probation?

He used his power unfairly, by not allowing Brady to properly defend himself.

Not sure what to tell you here, the 2 are completely different.

1 was by the book, the other obviously was not.
