yep this is where I see it more than anywhere else, although I've seen people pull over in BR too. I'd also like to add that a couple of weeks ago, I was in the procession of a good friend. Her procession was led by probably 30-35 police, fire, EMS vehicles, not only did people pull over, there were actually people who were standing along the way in places as we passed. I thought it was very respectful thing to see in BR.
